One For Another
As Christians, the most effective and powerful weapon we have is
prayer. The Bible describes us as joint heirs in Christ, which
gives us the privilege and, yes, the right, to approach God with
confidence that He hears us and that He responds to the needs of
his children. The way to have a relationship with God is by
talking to Him. We call that prayer. Prayer has nothing to do
with public speaking. You do not have to pray in the King James.
You do not have to wear a special hat or be perfect or even be
holy to pray. You simply need to be you and to be honest with
God. |
