Robert Burrs: believes his greatest blessing and accomplishment is being the husband to his wife Bethany who serves our country in the US Air Force and the father to their three children. Professionally, he has focused on restorative justice practices and principles as a facilitator, executive and advocate for offenders and the victims of their crimes, bringing healing to the harm done by the event through dialogue. Rob also serves the Problem Solving Courts for the high risk defendant who has a drug addiction that is a primary cause of their criminal behavior. Rob believes that those in our criminal justice system are not “all bad people”, but good people who made a bad decision. Hebrews 13:3 “Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body.”
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University in Washington, DC and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Southern California Institute of Law in Santa Barbara, CA.
