Deacon Lerry Armstead: Literally, the firefighter of the group. Deacon Armstead, now retired, was a 26-year veteran of the Colorado Springs Fire Department where he held the rank of Driver/Engineer. He loves music, singing, and the Lord. If you don’t want to know the truth, don’t ask him. Deacon Armstead is a member of the Sanctuary Choir, participates in the e911 ministry, and is a part of the Contribution Team. Deacon Armstead loves music and singing for the Lord. His belief is that God always answers prayer. Yes, No and not now. God knows when we are ready to handle something and He won’t put anymore on you than you can bare, but if it’s there, it means you can bare it !!!
